About the Job
Desana has seen significant growth in the US through successfully selling our product to companies such as GitHub, Elastic, Dropbox, and many more. This customer base serves as a very exciting foundation to significantly scale the business in what we believe to be our largest market.
You will be a key person in helping achieve our goal of being the well understood dominant market leader for our category in the US through developing and leading the strategy and conversations with our largest and most important prospective mid-market and enterprise customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to target enterprise customers
- Be the face of Desana in the San Francisco market, which may involve meeting with both new and existing customers in person
- Attend and help organize industry events in collaboration with key industry partners and attend existing industry events throughout the Western United States
- Identify and prioritize potential clients based on their needs, budget, and likelihood to buy
- Build relationships with decision makers at targeted companies, such as executives and senior stakeholder within the real estate team
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and agents as a route to these enterprise customers
- Maintain data on, and deliver proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of our product or service to potential clients
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients
- Collaborate with other departments, such as account management and product development, to ensure that client needs are being met and that we are delivering value
- Continuously monitor the market and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings
- Track and report on sales metrics, such as revenue and pipeline growth
About You
- Significant demonstrable experience in enterprise sales
- Proven track record of selling to enterprise clients in the office real estate industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop relationships with decision makers
- You enjoy a fast paced environment, with the ability to multitask and be agile as required
- Ability to work effectively remotely and asynchronously, whilst being able to effectively manage a teams performance
- You love to learn and continually develop yourself and your wider team
- You enjoy having fun, work well with others and are a team player
- You must be based in San Francisco and be eligible to work in the United States
